Vendors | Best Makeup Artists in Cache Valley and Northern Utah
Wedding day makeup is a lot different than everyday makeup! How you look on your wedding will capture this time in your life, when you look back at your photos. Whether you hire a makeup artist or DIY, you'll want your wedding makeup to be a little extra for the camera, flow with your wedding colors, and look flattering on you. Today, I'm sharing the list of makeup artists I give to my brides, and my recommendations for DIY wedding makeup!
My best makeup tip to make you look more flattering on camera, is using darker makeup around the eyes. Black mascara and eyeliner are the way to go to make sure your eyes stand out in photos! Darker eye shadows also help your eyes stand out. Using more pigmented eye shadows is the way to go!

For DIY wedding makeup, we recommend Maskcara Beauty! Their IIID Foundation (highlight, contour, and blush) gives you a chiseled, glowing complexion. It is creme makeup, that blends with a brush or beauty blender. Maskcara's foundation has all natural and clean ingredients! It is light enough to not cover freckles, but will fill in pores and cover blemishes.
They also have extra pigmented eye shadows in many colors! These can double as eyebrow colors. All of their makeup tins magnet into compacts, which you can get for free, and you don't have to throw away the whole compact when you run out of one thing. Click here to see more!
