This past weekend was the Warriors Over the Wasatch Air Show at Hill Air Force Base! It's an annual air show put on by the base in Layton, Utah that features all types of planes and other cool vehicles. We arrived at 9:00am and stayed until 1:00, just missing the Thunderbirds at 3:00 (we watched those from South Weber), but we saw a lot of cool airplaces including a P-51 Mustang, F-35s, and more! I also got to see my fave up close, the Apache Helicopter.
One of Daylen's faves is the P-51 Mustang. I took tons of photos of it with my camera for him, and he even set one as his work computer background so I guess they aren't too bad. (#worthit ) They came out great considering I brought my wide angle lens, not my zoom lens. Oops.
I also took a bunch of photos of the other places, and a film photo of us with the Apache! Thanks to my mom and Rob for taking us, we had a blast. Even with a touch of heatstroke. Here are my photos:
