I'm so excited to start traveling and exploring Utah again this spring and summer! I've gone to a ton of cool places all around the state, and some that aren't so fun. While I plan to visit a bunch of new places like every year, I'm so excited to share with you some of my favorites that I like to visit every year!
Bryce Canyon National Park - My favorite National Park in Utah! Bryce is so gorgeous. It's also not one of the over visited parks like Zion and Arches, so you're likely to not see crowds in the spring. We love staying at Ruby's Inn for the weekend and hiking all around the park. Dugway Geode Beds - One of the more unknown spots on the list is the geode beds! They're out in the west desert quite a ways but make for a super fun day trip. There are just hills full of geodes! We filled a bucket and opened them at home, it was a blast. Click here for more info.
Bear Lake - It's called the Caribbean of the west for a reason! Bear Lake is so pretty. There is so much to do there including boating, swimming, water sports, fishing, hiking, world famous shakes, snowshoeing, skiing, and more. The water never freezes over due to how big it is! And it's warm enough for comfortable swimming in the summer.
Park City - One of the most famous cities in Utah! We love going in the spring and fall and staying at a luxury resort for a discount and exploring the city. We also love the gondolas, alpine slide, shopping on main street, and I Love Moo shakes! Click here to read about my most recent trip.
Moab - Such a fun place! We like to visit early spring before it gets too hot and crowded. Moab is the gateway to two national parks, Arches and Canyonlands! Both are AMAZING! Arches is best for hiking and Canyonlands is best for ATVs. Although, Canyonlands has great hikes as well. The town of Moab itself is worth the trip, with it's cute motels, glamping, restaurants, shops, and wineries. Click here for my guide to Arches. Click here to read about Moab.
I'm so excited to visit these favorite places this year! Which one is at the top of your list? Comment below. Click here for more about exploring Utah.
