As a photographer, I am always looking for ways to enjoy all the photos I take. As much as I love having them all on my phone to go through, there's just something about having photos in print! You never know when digital photos could disappear due to an error, social media site closing down, storage running out, etc. That's why I love printing my photos!
Sometimes it's just hard to organize prints. I've been looking for an easy way to make photo albums for years without having to get my photos printed, paste them into a book and worry about them yellowing. Then, I found out about Chatbooks!
Chatbooks is so cool, I just had to share it with y'all. They are a photo book company that helps you create photo books in a super easy way, then does all the printing for you and ships them directly to you! It's seriously so easy. I use their app, but you can also use their website. I have made so many books on the app! You basically just add the photos you want, choose what type of book you want them to be made into, and arrange them by time, randomly, or drag and drop. You can add captions, dates and locations as well! I love choosing which photos to do full page, fitted, captioned, etc. It's so much fun to design! The books are gorgeous.
They arrive in the cutest turquoise packaging, ready to open and enjoy! The quality is amazing. All of my photos look so good! I got some hardcover books and some softcover books for different memories. I love the smaller 6 x 6 softcover books for my yearly highlights. They're so easy to store! The softcover is matte and super soft. For more in depth life events, I picked the hardcover book. It's also soft and matte, but more sturdy and beautiful to leave out on a coffee table.
I absolutely love having my memories printed out! It's so nice to sit with Daylen and look through all the different stages in our 8.5 years together. I'm so grateful that no matter what happens with my digital photos, I'll always have these books to look through and share. Chatbooks also has a super cool feature called Series, where you can link up your Instagram or Facebook accounts (or a hashtag, Google Photos, etc.) and have it create a book every 60 photos to send to you! You get to review your series books before they send and edit them as well. Every 60 photos! If you're super busy but don't have time to sit and make books, series subscriptions are for you.
